Founded by Maz - a pro dancer turned boutique fitness coach & personal Trainer - bodyJoy is the revolutionary fitness method for ultimate mind/body wellbeing!

 

Whilst mainstream fitness focuses on how you feel when you look AT your body, we like to focus on how it feels to be IN your body (because you spend like, all your time there!)

FAQ :)

Do I need any equipment/much space?

nope! everything can be done with just your bodyweight & with just a lil bit of floor space!

How do I access the workouts?

the workouts will be uploaded to Youtube as well as the bodyJoy app (so paying members can access ad free!)

​

Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

for sure! I’ll give you options to modify/adapt the exercises throughout & always encourage you to listen to YOUR body and adjust the intensity to suit your needs!

What happens if I miss a day?

literally NOTHING! Although I’ll gently encourage you to be consistent, we’re here to build a flexible routine that fits with your life, not asks you to sacrifice it!
