YAY! Happy Sunday gorgeous gang, I hope you've had a lovely weekend!!

Here are this week's classes!!! Do as many as you want/can throughout the week ahead - choosing the one that's right for you each day 😊

Below is the full length class & the quickie version - so if you're short on time but need some movement, there's still an option for you!!

POWER ~ fiery full body 'barre' strength class - great for when you've got some beans and you want a challenge!

Equipment: OPTIONAL 1kg or under hand weights & fabric loop resistance band [check the equipment guide if you'd like to acquire some!]

Time: 35 mins for the full class, 14 for the quickie!

I didn't feel super strong today, but I'm still proud I fit the workout into my busy day! ✨ Side note: I love your pants- they look super cute 😍💖
