I've been working on this for the last month and I can't wait for you to explore it! It's so much slicker, more modern than this platform & makes it so much easier for you to flick through workouts & even cast them directly to your TV! From NEXT MONDAY, I will no longer be posting new stuff here, but instead posting it all there, so head on over & sign up!!

Like I said, the content of the memberhsip will be exactly the same - I'm just switching where I host it!! What to do:

- Head to https://bodyjoy.mvt.so/ on your laptop or phone!

- Sign up with an email address & password (doesn't need ot be the same as this one)

- Purchase the bodyJoy online plan [your first month is free so don't worry, you won't ever be paying a double subscription xx]

- As soon as you do this, I'll cancel your subscription for this platform so you'll maintain access here up until you switch over to the new app!

- click 'install app' from your phone/ipad/tablet browser to simply install the app straight to your phone/ipad/tablet 🥳️ [note - make sure you open the link bodyjoy.mvt.so in your phone's native browser (not click on it from the SLFC app) otherwise the install won't work!]
