05.06 - this week's power👊!!

Happy Monday angels! Whew, it's been a week for me - I went on holiday & then had my phone stolen & my laptop break 😅 due to all this chaos, this week I'm serving you some throwback classes as I haven't been able to edit & upload the new ones!! I hope you understand 💛

The throwback classes are from January so there may be a few New Year references! Either way - enjoy my loves!


Do as many as you want/can throughout the week ahead - choosing the one that's right for you each day 😊

Below is the full length class & the quickie version - so if you're short on time but need some movement, there's still an option for you!!

POWER ~ fiery full body 'barre' strength class - great for when you've got some beans and you want a challenge!

Equipment: OPTIONAL 1kg or under hand weights & fabric loop resistance band [check the equipment guide if you'd like to acquire some!]

Time: 40 mins for the full class, 13 for the quickie!
