ENERGY ~ our fun & sweat dance based cardio class - a good one for when you need a mood boost!!
Equipment: nothing!! just your lovely self - completely up to you if you want to wear trainers or not!
Time: 30 mins for the full class, 15 for the quickie!

I had a cold last week and today was the first day I felt like working out again. So this week all the choreos were new to me, and I'm amazed at how much my coordination has improved during this 1 month. I was able to follow along easily and didn't even have to skip out on the arms. I'm really proud of myself & the progress I made! 💪🏻✨
