ENERGY ~ our fun & sweat dance based cardio class - a good one for when you need a mood boost!!
Equipment: nothing!! just your lovely self - completely up to you if you want to wear trainers or not!
Time: 30 mins for the full class, 15 for the quickie!

I love that we repeat moves week after week, I can really feel myself getting more coordinated! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 As for music, I'd love some 90s mixed in - I think Spice Girls "Who do you think you are" could be fun to do for example 🌝💖
